Our founder personally manages a $ 2.5 million+ real estate portfolio, applying the same disciplined, data-driven investment systems that underpin TIH Industries’ frameworks.

Mimi Johnson, MBA, Realtor® Executive Director

 Mimi brings 23 years of Fortune 500 insurance leadership combined with active real estate investment experience. She holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and maintains professional designations including AIC, AINS, LPCS and multiple insurance specialty certifications. Her unique background in underwriting complex commercial property portfolios (managing books exceeding $28M+ in gross written premium) provides clients with institutional-level risk assessment rarely available to private investors. 

Monae Beauford Operations Management Director, TIH Signature Experiences

 Monae leads our destination management division, orchestrating seamless corporate events and luxury travel experiences with over three years of strategic event planning expertise. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University, with a concentration in Sociology, bringing deep insight into group dynamics and client experience design. As a commissioned Texas Notary Public with four years of experience, Monae also provides mobile and online notary services, offering convenient document authentication for real estate transactions, corporate agreements, and client engagements throughout the DFW and Austin markets.
