3.  User Responsibilities, Permitted Use and Limited License

TIH Industries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website and purchased materials for personal or internal business use only. 

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any TIH Industries content or training material.
  Use automated tools (AI bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract site data.
  Reverse engineer, copy, or modify our software, courses, or templates.
• Do not copy, mine, scrape, or aggregate data for commercial resale or for any AI training without express written consent.
  Use our content for unlawful purposes or in violation of Texas or U.S. law.
• Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing materials on our platforms.

4. Purchases, Access, Subscriptions

TIH Industries provides business consulting, educational training, AI strategy, risk management education, and digital content (“Products”).
By purchasing or accessing our materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All Products are sold “as-is” for educational purposes.
• Products/services may be delivered instantly or by subscription; access is granted only to authorized users and may not be shared, re-sold, or transferred. Access to digital materials is limited to one user per license.
• You may not share, resell, or republish paid content without written permission.
• Refunds are available only where explicitly stated in product-specific policies.
• User must submit full payment before access is provided.
• TIH Industries reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict products/services at any time.

All content, materials, software, documentation, guides, consulting frameworks, and products, including text, guides, videos, templates, graphics, AI tools, and frameworks on this site, are the exclusive property of TIH Industries or its licensors, protected by U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. §101) and Texas intellectual property statutes by TIH Industries LLC. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for derivative works without prior written permission. You may print or download one copy of the materials for personal, noncommercial use only. All trademarks, including TIH Industries and TIH Signature Experiences, are protected under federal and Texas trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or $100, whichever is less, in the preceding 12 months.
  

You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on the information provided.

9. Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TIH Industries LLC, its officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or violation of any rights or law.

10. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

All fees are payable at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or others).
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring or one-time purchases, as applicable. Refunds may be issued only under specific product refund policies.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

11. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and FTC Act §5.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Rockwall County, Texas, with both parties consenting to personal jurisdiction therein.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our site or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.  Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification survive termination.
